A late afternoon mist delayed the start of the racing action on the Deer Creek Speedway on Saturday, but when the track finally got rolled in again the racing was fast and furious on Track Championship Night.

With 110 cars checked into the back gate on Hartland Fuels and Minnesota Port Producers Night at the Deer Creek Speedway, the fans rolled into the stands and the racing action was set to begin.

Saturday night at the Deer Creek Speedway, the Hinz Trucking USRA B-Mods were first on the track for their feature event with Parker Hale, Mike Jaeger and Josh Smith racing for the lead.

After a week off we are excited to have all six weekly classes in action this Saturday.

Jake Masters of Graettinger, Iowa, was a little concerned when a caution flag waved with two laps to go in Thursday's USRA Stock Car feature. His comfortable four-car-length lead disappeared when a yellow flag set up a green-white-checkered finish.

It was Mascot Night at Deer Creek Speedway Saturday with area schools on hand with their mascot. Local businesses, silent auction, admission tickets and raffle tickets were sold with each school taking home the proceeds.

Brandon Davis captured the USRA Modified main event wile Trevor Fecht picked up the USRA B-Mod win Saturday at the Deer Creek Speedway.

An overcast morning and early afternoon led to clearing skies and perfect night for racing action on North Country Equipment Night at the Deer Creek Speedway.

A hot and humid day turned stormy for a brief time but the show went on for Clements Chevrolet and Old Dutch Foods Night at Deer Creek Speedway Saturday.

At the finish it was Brandon Davis with his fifth win in a row, breaking Tim Donlinger’s four-race win record at Deer Creek Speedway.
