Brandon Davis doubled-down on his luck with another win at Deer Creek Speedway. Davis started on the pole and never looked back. He set a blistering pace and picked up the win for night #2 of the Gopher 50. Davis remains atop the overall Northern Lights Modified Series points standings.

Jim Chisholm and Rodney Sanders grabbed podium finishes with Dustin Sorensen in fourth. Josh Angst was fifth. Alex Williamson picked up 13 spots during the 25 lap feature to finish 8th.

Unfortunately, rain showers in the Deer Creek Speedway area have cancelled the final night of the Gopher 50. The event will not be rescheduled. Next up for the NLMS is the K-Town Klash at Mississippi Thunder Speedway on July 11th.
